- Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays.
Do we charge additional shipping charges?
Shipping charges are included in the product price and are borne by the customers. This approach simplifies the purchasing process, allowing you to enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience.
Why is the COD option not offered in my location?
The availability of COD depends on the ability of our delivery partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our delivery partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.
Delivery Guidelines
- Please provide accurate delivery details, including a complete address, contact number, and landmark (if applicable).
- Orders cannot be redirected or rerouted once shipped.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the package to us.
Tampered or Damaged Shipments
- If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, do not accept it. Contact us immediately with photos or videos.
- For accepted shipments, record a video while unboxing to serve as proof in case of missing or damaged items.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call and/or email.
- Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 14 working days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
- Please note we do not ship on Sundays or holidays
- Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
