At Desi Crunch Makhana, we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. However, products cannot be returned after completion of the payment. Please note that refunds are only applicable in case of damaged products. Returns and Replacements will be made only if wrong products/ damaged products are received by the customer. Also, we reserve the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.
We ensure all orders are carefully checked and packed. If your order arrives damaged, please email an unboxing video showing the product and box within 48 hours mentioning the details of the return (Order number, courier docket No/AWB No, and Reason for Return) with the Customer Support by email to mail@desicrunchmakhana.com. A replacement or store credit will be offered. Without the video, we cannot process returns or replacements.
Refund Mode
Please note, it will take 5-7 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. For returned products the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways etc.
Cancellation Policy : Orders placed cannot be cancelled. Please ensure to review your order carefully before submitting it.
